What work can Dovela handle?
We’re building Dovela to handle workflows from start to finish: quotes, policy processing, policy changes, renewals and premium collections. Before we start, we agree on which workflows Dovela will handle and how we’ll verify that each one is complete.
Do I need to replace my management system?
No. Dovela works with the tools you already use. It connects through APIs where available, or uses Computer Use to navigate your software and insurers’ portals. Before we start, we check access and test each workflow with your systems.
Do I have to approve every action?
Your brokerage decides which actions Dovela can take and which need approval. Your team makes the decisions that require professional judgment and can step in whenever needed.
What happens if information is missing or a case needs attention?
Dovela asks for the missing information or passes the case to the right person on your team. It brings together the supporting documents, explains what needs attention and identifies the decision needed to move forward.
How do you protect our information?
Your brokerage’s information is confidential and kept separate from other clients’ data. Access is limited to authorized users. We don’t use your data to train models. Credentials are encrypted in storage, and an activity log lets your team review what happened in each case.
How do we get started?
We start with a workflow your team handles often. Together, we review your tools and agree on how Dovela should work. We measure the results before expanding to more workflows.
How does pricing work?
Pricing depends on the workflows, the volume of work and the integrations you need. We agree on the scope and price before we start.
